and Walt Wiley laying elbows About Winning With Encouragement With offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia, Winning With Encouragement was established as a full time ministry in 1997 and is overseen by a board of directors composed of Christian men and women representing various careers including law, real estate, accounting, homemaking, professional athletics and banking. WWE is incorporated in the states of North Carolina and Georgia and is a tax-deductible, nonprofit (501c3) organization. Over the past few years, WWE has had the opportunity to present hundreds of live seminars to over 100,000 participants throughout the United States and more than 30 countries worldwide. In addition, over 500 ministry professionals have been trained as licensed instructors with The Look of the Leader and The Encouragement Seminar. Winning With Encouragement is rapidly expanding internationally. Missionaries and ministry leaders from the following countries have been trained to teach The Look of the Leader or The Encouragement Seminar: Canada, Suriname, Philippines, Togo, Kenya, Trinidad, Nigeria, Mexico, Guatemala, Bolivia, Brazil, Russia, Singapore, Namibia, Zambia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.
