The Look of the Leader

Using the ancient but relevant and timeless story of Nehemiah, The Look of the Leader illustrates effective leadership at it's best. What makes an effective leader? Five particular traits that have stood the test of time: concern, commitment, courage, consistency, and character. Also included for participants is a special leadership style survey. This survey reveals natural leadership styles while teaching how to adjust your leadership style based on the people you lead and the intended results.

Leaving A Legacy

Everyone leaves a legacy both at the workplace and at home. What will be your legacy? Using illustrations from effective and beneficial legacies of the past, participants learn to value what others before them have contributed and are motivated to unselfishly help others in a specific and lasting way. Leaving a Legacy is an interactive process of learning how to be intentional in leaving behind an effective legacy for the next generation of associates.
