TOUR
CONDITIONS:
- Deposit: A $300 nonrefundable deposit per person must accompany
each registration form.
- Second payment: $1,000 per person is due August 15, 2009.
Those signing up after that date will be required to pay the
registration fee and extra $1,000 for current payments.
- Final tour charge: payment is due by May 16, 2010, which
is 120 days from departure date, or sooner.
Prices are quoted in
U.S. dollars per person, double occupancy with breakfast and dinner
daily. Prices are based on fares in effect at the time tour information
is published.
CANCELLATIONS:
- From 190 days or more before departure:
a $175 per person penalty will be due for cancellation of entire
seat allotment or reduction of numbers, plus the $300 nonrefundable
deposit to WWE.
- From 189 - 145 days before departure: the
penalty would be $300 plus airfare deposits if done by Reformation
Tours, plus the $300 nonrefundable deposit to WWE.
- From 144 - 95 days before departure:
the penalty is $1,000 plus any non-refundable costs to Reformation
Tours will be charged, including Passion Play arrangements and
airline deposits if done by Reformation Tours, plus the $300
nonrefundable deposit to WWE.
- From 94-30 days prior to departure:
A $1,000 per person cancellation penalty plus any unrecoverable
deposits to ground suppliers as well as any penalties imposed
by airlines will be assessed (if done by Reformation Tours),
plus the $300 nonrefundable deposit to WWE. If anyone cancels
but finds their own substitute up to 120 days prior to departure,
only a $100 change fee will be assessed.
- From 29 days or less before departure:
No refunds.
All cancellations must
be made in writing.
No refund will be given
for any unused portion of any program.
Travel insurance
is strongly recommended.
All participants will
be provided with a travel insurance brochure but are free to purchase
this service with any company they choose. We strongly recommend
purchasing at least the cancellation insurance.
PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS:
These tours require
unassisted movement including several miles of walking on uneven
surfaces, climbing steep inclines and stairs.
