TOUR CONDITIONS:

  •  A $300 nonrefundable registration fee per person must accompany each reservation.
  • Final payments are due by August 31, 2010.
  • Any increase in airport tax/fuel surcharge realized from the airlines, if any, will be due before the departure date .

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars per person, double occupancy with breakfast and dinner daily. Prices are based on fares in effect at the time tour information is published.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

These tours require unassisted movement including several miles of walking on uneven surfaces, climbing steep inclines and stairs.

CANCELLATIONS:

  •   Until June 20, 2010: Refund minus the $300 non-refundable deposit.
  •   After June 20, 2010 and through September 8, 2010: Refund minus $300 non-refundable deposit and airfare. 
  •   After September 8, 2010:  No refunds at all.

All cancellations must be made in writing.  Because WWE will not be able to refund any moneys as stated above, we strongly recommend travel insurance for this coverage.  No refund will be given for any unused portion of any program.

GROUP TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for the tour.  You are welcome to purchase it through any agency that you wish.  However, we have been able to obtain a "group" insurance plan which offers a very affordable price (individual premiums would be $210 ages 51-65 and $370 ages 66-74).  This does require that you purchase our full tour which includes the international flights.

NOTE: 

  • Group must consist of 10 or more people.
  • Group rate will not apply to those deviating from the trip (going earlier, staying later).
  • Group rate will include domestic flights to/from Newark and the international flight to Tel Aviv.
  • This plan covers any pre-existing conditions as long as insurance is purchased before the final payment for the trip has been made.
  • Payment for the insurance must be received before final tour payment is made. 

EXCLUSIONS INCLUDE:

             Any pre-existing conditions if insurance is purchased after the fnal payment of the trip.
