Morning arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv.  Visit Old Jaffa before transferring to your hotel and attend a briefing session.  Enjoy lunch on your own and a free afternoon.

WED, JUNE 18

Visit the archaeological sites at Caesarea by the Sea, drive via Megiddo to Mount Carmel for a special Druze lunch, continue via Acre to Metula.

Visit Tel Dan at a glance, Caesarea Philippi, Mount Hermon, via Nimrod Castle to the Road to Damascus, Turkish shwarma lunch in Rosh Pina, on to Mount Beatitudes, Tabgha, Menza Christi, Capernaum, sail to Ginosar to visit the "Jesus Boat" Museum, and on to Tiberias.

FRI, JUNE 20

Drive via Cana of Galilee to Nazareth, Gideon's Spring, Jezreel, Mount Gilboa, ride up to the top of Mount Tabor and enjoy a spaghetti lunch in the monastery, experience a baptismal service in the Jordan River, and return to Tiberias.

Visit the ruins at Beit Shean, then head to the Dead Sea and see the caves of Kumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found.  Visit the Ahava Dead Sea Cosmetics Factory before enjoying a chance to "float" in the Dead Sea at Mineral Beach and a light dairy lunch on your own.  Then visit Masada and descend the Roman ramp, end in Arad.

SUN, JUNE 22

Start the day at Tel Arad, then to Beer Sheba and the Beit Govrin caves with lunch on your own, then on to the Valley of Ellah, Beit Shemesh, the Valley of Ajalon, the Road to Emmaus, and to Mount Scopus for short "Welcome to Jerusalem" ceremony.

MON, JUNE 23

First you'll see the model of Ancient Jerusalem in the Israel Museum, then enter the Old City at Dung Gate, walk to the Wailing Wall (group picture there) and continue by walking through the Armenian and Jewish Quarters and the Kardo to the Temple Institute, then walk the Via Dolorosa to visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Board the bus for a ride to Bethlehem to see the Church of the Nativity with lunch and time for shopping.  Return to Jerusalem.

TU, JUNE 24

Ascend the Mount of Olives to visit Dominus Flevit, walk the Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane, back to the Old City through Lion's Gate to visit the Pool of Bethesda.  Then on to the Upper Room of the Last Supper.

Board the bus to downtown modern Jerusalem and enjoy some free time for shopping on Ben Yehuda Pedestrian Street with a shwarma lunch on your own.

Visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial, the House of Caiaphas--the High Priest, and the Garden Tomb for a special communion service. 

The day ends with dinner and a farewell meeting.

WED, JUNE 25

Late night flight to Newark, NJ

Free morning in Jerusalem.  In the late afternoon depart for the Elvis Presley Restaurant for dinner on your own, transfer to the Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv for your flight back to Newark.
